QINGDAO PORT

The Port of Qingdao is a seaport on the Yellow Sea in the vicinity of Qingdao (Tsingtao), Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China. It is one of the ten busiest ports in the world (7th in 2019, considering total cargo volume). Tesoro Logistics operates at Qingdao port with a storage sublease by the Qingdao port authorities which makes it easier for us to store products for our customers in China.

The Port of Qingdao’s Dagang Company operates six wharfs a total of 5.8 thousand meters (almost 19 thousand feet) long containing 26 berths with alongside depth of 14 meters (45.9 feet). Ten berths support ships of over ten thousand tons, 12 berths accommodate ships of five thousand tons.
